All tickets sold through this Website are for events organized directly by POP IN ASIA unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Ticket Booking & Confirmation
- 1. Tickets are confirmed only upon successful receipt of full payment.
- 2. A confirmation email containing the e-ticket and/or access details will be sent to the registered email address.
- 3. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted on the specific event page.
- 4. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify booking details immediately upon receipt.
- 5. POP IN ASIA reserves the right to cancel any booking suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, or misuse without prior notice.
Tickets purchased for commercial resale or scalping may be cancelled without refund.
4. Online Event Terms
For virtual events:
- 1. Access links will be sent to the registered email address.
- 2. Login credentials must not be shared or distributed.
- 3. Recording, reproduction, redistribution, or public streaming of the event is strictly prohibited without written permission.
- 4. Participants are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and compatible device.
- 5. POP IN ASIA shall not be liable for technical issues arising from the participant’s device, internet connection, or software.
Unauthorized recording may result in removal from the event and potential legal action.
4. Offline Event Terms
For physical events:
- 1. A valid e-ticket and government-issued photo ID may be required for entry.
- 2. Entry is subject to venue security procedures and local regulations.
- 3. Late entry may be restricted at the discretion of organizers.
- 4. Attendees must comply with all venue rules and safety guidelines.
- 5. POP IN ASIA reserves the right of admission and may remove individuals engaging in misconduct without refund.
Photography & Recording Consent
By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes. POP IN ASIA reserves the right to use such content without compensation.
6. Pricing & Fees
Ticket pricing may include:

All charges will be displayed before checkout.
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
7. Code of Conduct
All attendees must:

- • Follow venue and safety instructions at all times.
Violation may result in removal without refund and possible legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, event materials, digital assets, recordings, and media are the exclusive property of POP IN ASIA or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
1. POP IN ASIA shall not be liable for:
- • Personal injury unless caused by proven negligence.
- • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
- • Travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses.
- • Technical disruptions beyond reasonable control.
- • Cancellation, delay, visa denial, illness, or non-appearance of any artist, performer, or speaker due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
2. In all circumstances, the maximum liability of POP IN ASIA shall not exceed the base ticket price paid.
10. Force Majeure
POP IN ASIA shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or modification of events due to force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to:

- • Strikes
- • Travel bans
