4. Participants are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and compatible device.
5. POP IN ASIA shall not be liable for technical issues arising from the participant’s device, internet connection, or software.

Unauthorized recording may result in removal from the event and potential legal action.

4. Offline Event Terms

For physical events:

1. A valid e-ticket and government-issued photo ID may be required for entry.
2. Entry is subject to venue security procedures and local regulations.
3. Late entry may be restricted at the discretion of organizers.
4. Attendees must comply with all venue rules and safety guidelines.
5. POP IN ASIA reserves the right of admission and may remove individuals engaging in misconduct without refund.

Photography & Recording Consent

By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes. POP IN ASIA reserves the right to use such content without compensation.
