REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
(Applicable to All Online & Offline Events)

1. General Policy
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated on the specific event page.
2. Event Cancellation by Organizer
If POP IN ASIA cancels an event:
- • Refund shall be limited to the base ticket price only.
- • GST, convenience fees, and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable.
- • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
3. Event Postponement
If an event is rescheduled:
- • Tickets remain valid for the new date.
- • Refund requests (if permitted) must be submitted within the specified deadline.
4. Online Event Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for:
- • Missed login times.
- • User-side internet or device issues.
- • Failure to check email for access link.
Refunds will only be issued if:
- • The event is cancelled.
- • Access fails due to platform error attributable to POP IN ASIA.
4. Offline Event Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:
- • No-shows
- • Late arrivals
- • Personal reasons
6. Force Majeure Situations
No refunds shall be guaranteed for cancellations due to force majeure events as defined above.
